Tuesday is 1/2 off glasses of wine at Radio Maria in downtown Champaign. So, we decided to have a ladies only dinner. We ordered: broiled chevre medallions roasted in a sauce of pumpkin seeds, and spices ($7) and the torta Maria: roasted poblano peppers, mole, corn, sweet potato, goat cheese layered between flour tortillas with a vanilla bean sauce, and salsa roja ($15).
